Imagine, a private villa with 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living room, dining room, BBQ area, and your own private pool in a private community with access to a fine hotel with nice restaurants, bars, and large swimming pools. Also, there are 2 beautiful beaches only about 1 mile away from the villa. In case you do not have your own means of transportation, the private community offers internal transportation services every 30 minutes from Monday thru Friday and every 15 minutes on the weekend from 8am to 5pm that will take you everywhere within the compound including the nearby beaches.
This villa is less than 1 year old. In the kitchen you can work on imported granite counter tops, then cook on top of the line appliances. Even the cabi nets are all hand made cedar. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There is also a dishwasher.
Every bedroom has: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed,(high quality mattresses) air conditioned, ceiling fan, flat tv, DVD player, linens, view to the pool & jungle, a full bath with granite counter top, hand crafted glassshower door, cold & hot water, closets.
Open terraces at the rear of the villa look out onto the back yard and fresh water pool. Relax on the open terraces under palm leaf ceiling fans, while looking out onto the back yard and fresh water private pool. Outside there is also a BBQ rancho.
Laundry room has washer and dryer.
As mentioned this is a private villa in a private community and club located in the middle of a 750 acre jungle and natural forest. This means exotic wild life; birds, monkeys and butterflies.
The private community offers: internet, fine and casual dining, bar, large community pool, transportation, tours, emergen cy doctor, church and 2 beaches (Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas).
Nearby is the community of Herradura (10 minute drive) where you can play golf, charter a deep fishing excursion, partake in fine international dining, casinos all at the prestigious Marriott Los Suenos. There is also the Lighthouse Mall for shopping needs, groceries to clothing to eye wear to movie rentals and souvenirs.
All of this only a 90 minute drive from the San Jose International Airport and the Central Valley.
