Big ocean view properties in this area of Costa Rica are the primary “type” that buyers are looking for. “Finca Bavaria Elegancia” features a BIG ocean view. Uvita is about 10 minutes to the north where there are shops & services, such as banks, pharmacies, grocery & liquor stores etc… The surfing town of Dominical with its world-class surfing beach is north about 2225 minutes. All towns offer tour services for getting out to the whale watching, sport fishing and you-name-it ocean activities. There are also inland waterfall & horseback activities nearby.
There are numerous beaches all around Finca Bavaria and so you can take your pick, depending on the mood for the day. Some of the local’s “secret” surf spots nearby. Ventanas beach is a short drive with its intriguing ocean caves that you can walk through at low tide.
