This home has three bedroom suites with private bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom. Two master bedroom suites open to the rear pool area and include king size beds. The remaining three bedrooms offer 3 queen size beds. There is a very spacious living area that includes and oversized kitchen with everything you would expect in a luxury kitchen and two large dining areas. An oversize family room with 60' plasma with DVD and large dining room and a small den with 36' plasma and dvd player for the kids.
GREAT SURFING DESTINATION!
Guanacaste is the destination of choice for surf travelers. Hacienda Pinilla, where this house is located, is ground zero for surf spots. This is a 4500 acre community with several miles of coastline and it occupies all the land between Tamarindo and Avellanas. Little Hawaii, a big playful right hander is the closest. the famous Lolas is just 4-5 minutes to the south, Play Negra is just 10 minutes away, and Langosta is 5 minutes to the north to just name a few of our waves. Depending on tide, wind and swell direction one of the many breaks in this community is going off at most times. Contact the owner prior to your visit for a detailed guide on where and when to surf. Also if you need boards or lessons for surf while you are here these can be coordinated and provided easily.
