Are Skoolies Safe?
School buses are built to transport children so they are built like a tank – heavy and durable! Skoolies are reliable because they're designed with heavy safety standards for public transportation.
Eco-side / Upcycling
Upcycling is the art of taking something that can no longer be used for its original use and transforming it for a different purpose. These buses otherwise would become scrap! The selection of buses is very strict, only those in the best condition are converted.
If you have a bus and would like to convert it, we have the manufacturing facility and can do it for you!
Skoolies can work totally off-the-grid. Upon request, we can build yours with Solar Panel Systems, recycling materials and finishes!
Skoolies vs Containers and RVs?
A Skoolie is much more affordable, and overall cheaper than buying a comparable RV. Most RVs are unfortunately built cheap and lightweight. Skoolies are definitely a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a manufactured RV.
And Containers... containers are made to transport materials, food and stuff... not people! Therefore, they are not as safe, durable, beautiful or flexible, and not to mention fun!
When can I get my Skoolie?
