Pre-construction lots for sale near Playa Herradura. Houses are 2 story, 2 or 3 bedroom with a choice of designs.
The pre-construction of this gated community is just north of Jaco, the most popular beach community in Costa Rica. These new homes are only a 2 hour drive from the international airport in San Jose.
The project is only 44 units of luxury town homes. Currently Phase One of Four is being completed. The lots vary in size from 167 M2 to 260 M2 with the minimum size of construction being 150 M2.
  
You can choose whether you want a 2 or 3 bedroom house, each has 3 bathrooms and its own jacuzzi on a private terrace. The units are all air conditioned. The developers will work with new owners to assist them in obtaining their luxury dream home. Prior to the beginning of construction the interiors of the town homes developers are open to some modifications and upgrading.
  
The common area will features a beach volleyball court, covered BBQ areas, swimming pool, dressing rooms, landscaped with mountain views. The 24 hour security guard will be stationed at the private entrance and will have direct links to each residence.
The units each come with their own Costa Rican corporation already in place. This will reduce the closing costs.
Payment Schedule:
1) US $5,000 to reserve a lot
2) 35% of purchase price within 30 days, (Covers cost of laying the foundation and completing the grey walls. At this point the property
can be released into a construction trust.)
3) 30% at roofing and painting
4) 15% at installation of windows, doors and finishes
5) 20% to close and transfer property title
