This prime development land of 102 acres is located just South of Uvita in Ballena. With two separate access points from the Coastal Highway with both just minutes off the pavement. This property is perfectly situated for a planned development of residential lots or single family homes, eco-lodge retreat/hotel, private estate with nature reserve, or countless other possibilities. The upper access is along a public road and there are 3-5 natural areas off this road where home sites could be made. Some are already in place and all have outstanding ocean and coastline views looking North-West, in addition to, amazing mountain and valley views of tropical rain forest.
