Jaco is one of Costa Rica's most visited beaches. It is a beautiful
beach that stretches 2.5 miles along the Central Pacific Coast. The
beach of Jaco is located just 1 hour from the Capital City of San Jose
traveling on the new highway of Caldera. If you are looking for a day
at the beach from the Central Valley or a weekend get away from the
City there is no better place than Jaco. Here you will find a
population of around 10,000 permanant residents and close to 30,000
that fluctuate in and out. The town of Jaco has more than doubled in
the last five years in population and is still on the rise making it
one of the most prime areas for investing in all of the pacific coast.
It was a simple surf town where surfers traveled from all over the
world to ride the waves. Now Jaco is home to all the amenities you can
find in the Central Valley. There are high rise buildings and major

The area of Jaco is located on the border of the tropical moist and

in the sun for everyone in the area from Surf classes, ATV's,
ziplines, and more. The night life in Jaco is one of the top in the
country with a strip of bars and restaurants that cater to those
looking to wine and dine in some of Costa Rica's most fancy
restaurants or just a simple night on the town. There are an estimated
200 different places to dine in Jaco. You can find areas to go out
dancing most nights of the week in Jaco.
One of the nice things about the Jaco area is that you can live nearby
but you don't have to live in the town of Jaco. This gives you access
to the bustling town and all it's amenities but the peace and tranquil
