RATES
- Rentals are generally by the week, but, if available, this house can be rented on daily basis; minimum three days.
- Check in at 2:00 PM.
- Check out at noon.
- Price includes daily maid service and pool maintenance.
- Cook available at reasonable rates.
- Washer and dryer on premises, but laundry service is available if you like the maid to do it, also at very reasonable prices.
- All prices are set for groups of eight to 12; for more or less, ask for the rate.
- Maximum occupancy is 16 people.
TERMS
- 50% deposit when booking.
- 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
- $500 fully refundable security deposit.
- Please, no smoking inside the villa.
