Easy Living on One Level. The main house has a no stairs entry, and its main living spaces are all on the ground floor: a great room with kitchen and dining area, a large covered patio with dining table, and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. A gated laundry room with washer and dryer and a secure storage room with a heavy duty metal door complete the ground floor. The roof of the house has been completely replaced.

The Bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath and walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms, the Sunrise and Sunset rooms, each have a queen bed and their own ensuite bath, and every bedroom opens to a covered sitting area.

Guest Room and Home Office. Up one covered flight, over the main house and garage, the fourth bedroom is a guest room with a queen bed, ensuite bath and walk in closet, next to an overlook office with spectacular views over the pool, ocean and hills, ideal for working from home.

Cabina Penthouse. The detached cabina has a second kitchen and patio on the ground floor. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom, the Cabina Penthouse, has a king bed plus sofa bed, an ensuite bath and a private balcony, perfect for guests, family or a caretaker.

Self-Sufficient by Design. The home runs entirely on an engineered solar system with a 10 year warranty, installed new in November 2024, with its own solar and pool equipment room. Water comes from an artesian well on the property, with ample storage tanks and whole house filtration, so mountain spring water flows from every tap. More than twenty kinds of mature fruit, nut and spice trees grow on the property, including mango, banana, coconut, soursop, starfruit, cacao, coffee, breadfruit, jackfruit, rambutan, cinnamon and citrus, plus a covered greenhouse for a kitchen garden.

The Setting. Private and serene, the property sits on a private easement where you hear only birds, wildlife and, on still nights, the distant surf. At this elevation it is naturally cooler and less humid than the coastal towns, with fans in every room and no air conditioning needed. Dominical, with its beaches, restaurants and shops, is a very short drive of 15 to 20 minutes, and Quepos and Manuel Antonio are about 45 minutes away.
