Starting October 26th, Costa Rica’s minister Gustavo Segura announced that there will be no need for international visitors to show proof of a negative PCR test in order to enter the country.
There has been lots of uncertainty regarding Costa Rica’s border opening to the United States ever since the pandemic hit the world, nonetheless, Oscar Segura, Costa Rica’s national Chief of Tourism, has recently confirmed that all states are going to be able to travel in and out of Costa Rica starting November 1st. This means that every US citizen can now travel to Costa Rica regardless of their state of residence.
